1. BATTERY: Check the battery is charged.

4. WARNING SYSTEMS: Turn the key to ON. See that the “beeper” and all

5. POWER DISCONNECT: Make sure the power disconnect works. YesNo

6. OPTIONS: See that all options are working if your vehicle is so equipped. YesNo

7. DAMAGE: Check your vehicle for any damage that could be a hazard to

8. SERVICE PANEL: Make sure the service panel door is closed. YesNo

9. PLATFORM: Check raise and lower. Platform should not elevate above
500 mm (20 inches) with gates open. YesNo

10. STEERING: Make sure the steering is smooth. YesNo

11. FORWARD/REVERSE: Drive the vehicle slowly in both directions. YesNo

12. SPEED: Drive through the full speed range, in forward and reverse. In forward, and with platform lowered, the speed should be slower with gates closed. YesNo

13. STOPPING DISTANCE: Check stopping distance in forward and reverse. Caution, travel speed, load weight and floor conditions can affect stopping distance.
